Focus on one goal
If you have 5 goals you want to achieve? Choose one to focus on first. Break into a mini-goal you can accomplish this month if it is a long-term goals. Choose an action you can do today. Continue until the goal is reached - make an effort every day, with mini-goals, select the next mini-goal to work on. So when a goal is completed, focus on the next target.
